Yes! JoGo Team Wallet is powered by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors. Your funds are secure and protected.
Can I withdraw my wallet balance?
Only credit from cancelling a game you paid for by card. You can send that back to the card you paid with; Stripe keeps its processing fee. Top-ups and bonus credit can't be withdrawn, so use them on your next game.
What happens if I don't have enough balance?
If your wallet balance is insufficient, you'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout to pay directly. You can always top up your wallet later for faster future payments.
Do I earn Jogxz Tokens for wallet payments?
You earn +2 Jogxz Tokens every time you top up your wallet. Regular game payments don't earn tokens — only top-ups do.
