Open the game page and tap Cancel as soon as you know. Your spot is held for someone on the waitlist — the sooner you cancel, the better their chance to play. No-shows hurt the game and your reputation as a player.

⛈️ Host cancels (rain, low turnout, venue issue)

Same — money goes to your JoGo Wallet, ready for the next game. Prefer something else? Reach out to the host directly — they can work with you on the right outcome.

❌ No-show (didn't cancel, didn't show up)

No credit, no refund. The host counted on you. Worse: you blocked a player on the waitlist who would have shown up. Life happens though — if something genuinely got in the way, send your host a quick message. They know their players and their game best, so any exception is their call to make.
