Questions

drop-in football in North Shields, UK — the basics

Can I just turn up and play drop-in football in North Shields, UK? +

Most of the 3 fields we list in North Shields, UK are public parks, so walk-on play is normal outside league hours. A JoGo.Team game tells you more before you set off — the time, the format, and a roster you can watch fill up.

I'm new here and don't know anyone. Is that fine? +

That is most of the people who use this. Teams are picked on the day, every game lists its level, and the roster is public so you can see who is playing before you commit.

How do I start a game in North Shields, UK? +

Pick any field on this page, create a free host account, set the date and the format — 4v4 up to 11v11 — and publish. Players in North Shields, UK can then find it through search and the Find Games page, and JoGo.Team runs the RSVPs, the waitlist and the reminders. You do not need a squad first, but telling the people you already play with fills the first game fastest.

What if nobody turns up? +

You see the roster fill in real time before the day, so there are no surprises. If the numbers are not there you cancel in one tap and everyone is told automatically.
