Waiver

By reserving or attending any Jogo event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: Soccer involves inherent risks (injury, illness, property damage). You voluntarily assume all risks for yourself and any minors you supervise.

Health: You are physically able to participate and will not play while injured or ill.

Rules and Conduct: You agree to follow Jogo rules, respect teammates/opponents, and follow organizer instructions. Fighting, harassment, or reckless play may result in removal without refund.

Facility and Equipment: Inspect the field and equipment; report issues immediately. Stop playing if unsafe.

Release: You release and hold harmless Jogo Team LLC, organizers, hosts, partners, and venue owners from claims arising out of participation, except to the extent prohibited by law.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Jogo against claims arising from your actions or rule violations.

Medical Consent: If you are incapacitated, you authorize reasonable medical assistance and agree to be responsible for related costs.

Media: You grant Jogo permission to use photos/video from events for promotional purposes. Email privacy@jogo.team to request removal where feasible.

Minors: Parents/guardians accept these terms on behalf of participating minors.
